Israeli real estate developer Gindi launches 20 mln euro residential project in Bucharest

Gindi Group has resumed the GViTown residential project announced in 2009, an investment of EUR20 million located in Mihai Bravu area in Bucharest. 

The compound which comprises 324 apartments is a joint development of the Israeli group and Real-Sol, a company involved in various real estate projects on the domestic market, while Danya Cebus was designated to build the project.

According to the developers, GViTown will include four development phases, the first one, already launched, consisting of 81 apartments with floor areas of 50 sqm or more and prices starting with EUR54,500. 

Additionally, they plan to expand investments in Romania, according to a press release.

Completion of the first phase is planned for the next spring, while the entire project is expected to be delivered by the end of 2017.

Gindi Group is a leading real estate group that specializes in initiating, planning, developing and building luxury towers alongside upscale residential compounds. In the last year, the group has built over 5,500 apartments in 12 central cities in Israel, including Tel Aviv.
