Best of Real Estate, celebrated at EuropaProperty’s annual gala

The best-performing real estate professionals in the South Eastern Europe region have been recognized by EuropaProperty during its 9thannual SEE Real Estate Awards Gala, last Thursday, April 10.
AFI Europe was the big winner of this year’s ceremony, collecting several awards such as: Retail Development of the Year for AFI Palace Ploiesti, Office and Retail Developer of the Year, Overall Developer of the Year, as well as the Shopping Centre Manager of the Year award which went to Israel Vizel, AFI Europe’s Mall Division Manager.
Real estate and investment agency JLL was awarded the Agency of the Year prizes in the Retail and Investment categories, also winning the Property Management Firm of the Year prize.
Other Agency of the Year award went to CBRE as Warehouse Agency of the Year, while The Advisers/Knight Frank again received the Office Agency of the Year award.Developer Portland Trust won the Warehouse Developer of the Year and the Office Development of the Year categories, the latter for its Floreasca Park project in Bucharest.
More developments awarded included Grand Cinema & More (Baneasa Shopping City) by Baneasa Developments in the Leisure/Entertainment Project of the Year segment, Vitan Residence by RPF Development in the Residential Development of the Year category and Promenada Mall by Raiffeisen evolution as the Overall Project of the Year. Besides these, among winners there were: BCR/Erste Group Immorent (Bank of the Year), Bluehouse Captial (Investor of the Year), Dentons (Law Firm of the Year), H&M (Fashion Retailer & Overall Retailer of the Year), World Class Fitness (Health & Fitness Club of the Year), Mega Image (Specialty Retailer of the Year), First Title (Professional Service Provider of the Year), Epstein Architecture & Engineering (Architectural Firm of the Year), Sentient (Project Management Firm of the Year) and Adama Group (Residential Developer of the Year).
