Registration conditions: The program and the speakers are subject to change. Should the conference be cancelled due to force majeure, unavailability of the conference venue, speakers being prevented or for other good cause, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference. In case of cancellation all participants will be informed promptly. In this case, all registration fees will be reimbursed.
Substitution and cancellation policy
After registering for the Event, if you cancel your attendance more than one week prior to the date of the Event, you will receive a full refund of the amount of your payment. If you cancel within one weeks of the date of the Event, you will not be eligible for a refund; however, substitutions can be arranged with no extra cost from within a company or organization. No refunds for no shows. Cancellation requests must be received in writing.

Mr. Dantes Nicolae Bratu is the General Inspector of State for Labour Inspection since October 2014. Previously, between April and October 2014 he served as General Secretary for the Department for Equal Opportunities between Women and Men within the Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Protection and between August 2012 and April 2014 he served as Deputy General Secretary for the Ministry of Labor, Family and Social. Mr. Dantes Nicolae Bratu served as General Inspector of State for Labour Inspection also between April 2011 and August 2012.
Mr. Doru Darabont is the general director of the National Research and Development Institute of Occupational Safety (INCDPM) - "Alexandru Darabont" since 2014. Between 2012 and 2014 he coordinated the activities of the Department "Technical Work Equipment" Laboratory "Mechanical Risks" and "Risk Electrical Laboratory". He elaborated numerous research papers on health and safety at work, assessment level of security / risk, technical assistance and training operators and improvement in health and safety at work.
Mr. Darabont has a Ph.D. in engineering field of "Engineering Sciences" and a Master diploma in "Management of safety, health and labor relations".
Stefania Iandolo is HSE Manager Europe Middle East Africa India in Pirelli since 2015 and previously was Environmental Specialist Europe Middle East Africa India in the same Company. From 2001 to 2011 was the HSE Manager in an Italian Rubber Compound Company. She has a very good experience in Environmental and Safety Management Systems.
Colonel ZARĂ Alexandru-Sorin is the deputy chief Inspector of the Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) ' Dealul Spirii "Bucharest-Ilfov region. He served as deputy chief inspector of ISU " Tara Barsei" of Braşov County. Throughout his career, he held command postings and served as executive officer in the Prevention Inspectorate of the ISU Brasov.
Annette Nienhaus is a Technical Director at ERM, a leading sustainability consultancy with more than 5000 employees and a presence in 40 countries worldwide. She holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering (Technical University of Darmstadt, Dipl.-Ing.) and European Energy Economics (University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol) and is a certified H&S Engineer. Ms. Nienhaus has more than 20 years of HSE experience with a focus on safety performance improvement. She supports international companies in various industry sectors including the power, manufacturing, metal-processing, oil & gas and chemical sectors in sustainably improving HSE performance. Her experience ranges from providing strategic HSE management advice over safety culture transformation support, designing and developing HSE management frameworks as well as HSE implementation support. Ms. Nienhaus has previously led the HSE Department of the Physics Research Centre DESY in Hamburg and has worked in international HSE and renewable energy consulting.
Raluca Dina has more than 8 years of professional experience in health and safety solutions linked with Lockout Tagout, safety ID, working at height, personal protective equipment, ISO labeling and services including supply, installation, user training, warranty and maintenance of all types of safety systems. She has lead the implementation of dozens of personalized projects for a variety of multinational corporations, covering a wide range of industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, Automotive, Utilities, Telecom, FoodBeverage, Wind Energy, Construction and metallurgical industry.
Daniela Ionescu is a renowned expert in the industry with 13 years experience in the insurance sector and exceptional results in employee benefits area, with a focus on health. Her 10 years of entrepreneurship and telecom sector experience, offered her the real perspective of the business dynamics, from the investor's perspective with reasonable expectations regarding business profitability and correct understanding of the key components thereof: investors, employees, strategy, market and profit.
Popescu Sorin Martian is HSE and Loss Prevention manager at Pirelli Tyres Romania SRL since 2008 and he is responsible with the implementation of the Romanian legal requirements in force as well as internal standards for occupational safety, environmental protection and fire protection. He is a graduate of the Oil and Gas University of Ploiesti Faculty of Electro-Mechanics.
Senior architect with over 45 years experience in industrial architecture (nuclear) research, design and fire safety. Currently President of group of companies Sigura, responsible for strategy and implementation in group companies the most modern materials, equipment and fire safety systems, with consulting and staff training in this area. Founder and president of APROCOR - Romanian Association for Promoting Manufacturing Execution using Rapid Technologies. Founding Member and Vice-President of ASI - Association for Fire Safety. Author of numerous articles, a member of NFPA, specialist IAEA for fire safety in the nuclear field, consultant and coordinating technical programs and research, standards and norms for fire safety in nuclear and civilian trainer of specialists in the field of security management at fire authorized representative in Romania of numerous foreign companies in the field of fire safety.
Mihai Frasineanu is the head of Safety Department within HSSE Corporate and he manages occupational and operational Safety aspects in Corporate Executive office division. With an academic background in Engineering and Health & Safety, Mihai joined OMV Petrom in 1998 and worked as engineer, supervisor, Logistic coordinator, Transportation safety expert and Operational safety manager. International collaborations with IOGP transportation Safety committee and EU Transportation safety Council, managing group wide commitment assumed on road safety topic.
Mihnea Samoila is leading the Health Management Department of OMV Petrom SA and is member of the Board of Directors of PetroMed Solutions SRL, the provider of medical services for OMV Petrom, consisting of a network of 25 clinics and over 100 medical staff. He is also member of the Healthcare Taskforces of the Foreign Investors Council and of Coalitia pentru Dezvoltarea Romaniei. Previously, he worked as Program Coordinator in Romania for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
He started as a medical doctor in two of the main hospitals in Bucharest. Later on he graduated a Master in Public Health (Karolinska Institutet Stockholm) and a Leadership Course for Public Health in Europe (Maastricht University).
