Registration conditions: Should the event be cancelled due to force majeure, unavailability of the venue, speakers being prevented or for other good cause, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event. Mr. Catalin Marinescu, President of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications of Romania – ANCOM will formally open the Awards ceremony with an introductory keynote address to the courierand postal services sector representatives.
The Awards ceremony will recognise and reward the success stories and dedication of companies and personalities that keep the Romanian Courier sector on the move, giving the industry a chance to recognise the outstanding achievements of a chosen few.

Eduard Lovin is the Executive Director of the Regulation Executive Division within The Romanian National Authority for Management Regulation in Communications (ANCOM). In this position, he oversees the elaboration of sectorial economic and technical regulations in the fields of electronic communications and postal services, managing 7 core units with areas of competence ranging from access and interconnection, market analyses and studies, audit and cost accounting, tariff regulation and universal service, to electronic communications regulation, postal regulation, as well as electronic communications security. His activity is dedicated to promoting market competition, encouraging efficient investments in infrastructure and protecting end user interests in Romania.
Marian Seitan is the President of the Romanian Direct Marketing Association ARMAD and the CEO of Mediapost Hit Mail, a full-service Direct Marketing agency he built from scratch, now employing 900 people and whose annual turnover comes to 8 million euro. A scholarship in France opened new horizons for him in 1995 when direct marketing was rather unknown in Romania. In 1997, only six months after graduating from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, he set up his business, originally called Hit Mail. Subsequently, as the French Post acquired 60 percent of the company, it changed its name to Mediapost Hit Mail
Gabriel Ghita is Business Development Manager CEE , at MasterCard Europe. With a background of more than 10 years in the cards industry, Gabriel Ghita has been a member of the MasterCard team in Bucharest since 2007. His main responsibility as a Business Development Manager for Central and Eastern Europe are identifying new business opportunities together with the partner financial institutions and the development of new payment technologies: contactless, mobile payments, solutions for e-commerce.
Alin Stanciu is the founder and CEO of FashionUp, one of the most sucessful online fashion stores in Romania. After launching the operations in 2009, the company expanded regionally to Bulgaria in 2012 and in Hungary in 2013.

Adrian Ion is the General Manager of GovNet Conferences and Publisher for GovNet Romania and Which Lawyer in Romania. He is an entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in media and publishing, being the co-founder of The Diplomat-Bucharest and initiator of several projects in print media and business conferences. Adrian is also the Vice-President of the Romanian Photovoltaic Industry Association www.rpia.ro being involved in coordinating the policy, governmental and private companies communication in the area of renewable energy.
