Participation return policy:
- if the request for cancellation is made up to 45 calendar days before the event, the amount paid will be returned in full;
- if the request for cancellation is made up to 30 calendar days before the event, 70% of the amount paid is returned;
- if the request for cancellation is made up to 15 calendar days before the event, 50% of the amount paid is returned;
- if the request for cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, the amount paid will not be returned:
If the conference is canceled due to force majeure, unavailability of the conference venue, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference. In case of cancellation, all participants will be informed promptly. In this case, all registration fees will be refunded.

The conference organizer will collect and store your personal data for the preparation and execution of the conference, as well as to inform you about future projects related to your industry. Your contact details will only be passed on to partners directly involved in the conference organization as partners for follow-up purposes. Robert Berza is the Vice President of emag and CEO Fashion Days and leads a team of over 500 specialists in online retail and fashion. With over 10 years of experience in ecommerce, business development, new media and marketing, Robert Berza has contributed to the development of several brands locally or internationally. Prior to joining the Fashion Days team, Robert was also: Country Manager Zoot in Romania, eMAG Romania Marketing Director, Head of Internet Division within CME (Central European Media Enterprises), Internet Manager within ProTV.

Adrian Staicu leads the Custom Software division of HTSS and is dedicated to the mission of this division to revolutionize the way HTSS customers do business in the digital age. Adrian is an expert in management and communication, MBA graduate with a focus on finance and with over 17 years of experience in business management in the fields of IT, finance, media and general entrepreneurship.

Catalin George Pozdarie is the General Manager and Administrator of Hervis Sports in Romania, member of the SPAR Group Austria. His extensive experience of almost thirty years in the retail and retail reals estate market makes him one the most respected professionals on the market.

Although he graduated from law school, Dragoș Arnăutu chose to follow a completely different path. And "road" is a word that could not be more appropriate, because his entire career is related to transport, logistics and courier.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, Dragoș has worked in renowned companies in the courier industry and has been with the FAN Courier team since 2020. In 2021, he accepted the challenge of coordinating the FAN Delivery project as CEO. His expertise in logistics, but also his entrepreneurial spirit helps him to transform FAN Delivery from a pilot project to a national one.

Marian Diaconu is the IT Division Coordinator at Decathlon Romania.

With over 10 years experience in the online commerce, Roxana joined Intersport one year ago where she has contributed in the acceleration of the company's e-commerce growth.
She is responsible for managing the eShop development projects and related services, increasing the customers omnichannel experience for Intersport Romania and starting this year also for Intersport Bulgaria.

From a simple idea to a fast-growing business at the moment, Immersivibes was founded during 4 years of study at EA - The Entrepreneurship Academy, a faculty that is part of an international network of entrepreneurship programs and business studies. The agency was created through the ambition of 2 students, Daria Balea and Andrei Schuster, to bring a new breath in the world of creatives in Romania and beyond. Immersivibes is an immersive tech marketing agency, which deals with creating innovative and interactive experiences, with the help of the latest technologies, such as augmented reality.

The 2022 edition of RetailTech will take place at the Grand Hotel Bucharest (former Intercontinental Bucharest).
The 5-star Grand Hotel Bucharest is located in University Square, right next to the National Theater and a short walk from the Old Town and offers spectacular views of downtown Bucharest.
The fee includes the participation in the conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunch, as well as the conference proceedings documents.
All registration fees mentioned above exclude 19% Romanian VAT.
