Victor Ponta met Turkish investors in Ankara
Romanian Prime Minister, Victor Ponta, met several Turkish investors, representatives of companies already operating in the Romanian market, during an official visit in Ankara. Ponta has been asked to support them in receiving state aid under EU regulations that would be helpful in expanding their businesses here in Romania.

'Thanks to the support offered by the Turkish ambassador in Bucharest as well as by our ambassador in Ankara, we had an extremely useful working lunch today with representatives of companies already investing in Romania, some of them, very popular, either we refer to Arctic Gaesti or Rulmentul, but we also discussed about companies which have been involved in privatization processes lately, or about companies running important projects and which requested having access to state aids.', said Ponta.

He also assured that all Turkey's economic interest in Romania will be well-received and is going to be carefully treated.
