BVB trading session, opened by the authorized advisors for the AeRO market, one month before its launch

After
announcing the list with the Authorized Advisors for the AeRO market,
the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) invited them to open Friday's
January 23rd trading session.
The
AeRO market is the equity segment of the BVB’s alternative trading
system, designed for listing of early stage companies, start-ups and
SMEs, offering them a mechanism to access the necessary capital for
development and growth purposes. It is based on the BVB alternative
trading system existing since 2010 and it will be launched under a
redesigned and reconstructed concept on February 25, 2015.
The
Authorized Advisor is going to support the issuers in attracting
financing through the capital market,
before their debut and during the listing process, as also on
reporting and transparency requirements
after the issuer’s debut.

Authorized Advisors are one of the essential components of the AeRO
market. We are doing something
for the first time, we are changing the landscape of the Romanian
capital market. Also, we are
creating a new profession in the capital market, the Authorized
Advisors for the AeRO market. We want
the AeRO market to be a point of interest for both the domestic
investors and for the international
investors, as also for local and foreign entrepreneurs and issuers.
We are approaching step
by step the February 25, the launching date of the AeRO market.
Authorized Advisors are the business
arms of the market operator, we are launching a market that will be a
tool for the economy”, stated
Ludwik Sobolewski, BVB CEO, according to a press release.
The
list with the Authorized Advisors for the AeRO is available on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) website and it will be updated as new Advisors will be authorized by the
BVB.
