I am currently in negotiations with the Industry Ministry for a takeover of Romaero, so that they may create another company for maintenance services for TAROM than the existing one. TAROM is limping a bit and we are desperately looking for a solution," Rus to the Transport Committee. He added that all the other companies operating under the authority of the Transport Ministry are reporting operational profits. "All the other companies operating under the authority of the Transport Ministry are currently reporting operational profits. There is no loss-making company in our portfolio.
