Nyerges & Partners Assists Shikun & Binui Energy Ltd. in Securing EUR 49 Million Loan for 101 MW photovoltaic facility in Romania
Nyerges & Partners has successfully assisted Shikun & Binui Energy Ltd. in securing a EUR 49 million loan from Raiffeisen Bank International AG for their second Romanian investment, a 101 MW photovoltaic facility located in Simleu Silvaniei, in the northwest part of the country.
The law firm has also supported the client through all stages of this project, including development, EPC, and O&M contracting.
The project team was led by Mihaela Nyerges (Managing Partner) and Carolina Baloleanu (Counsel) and included Mihaela Spiridon (Managing Associate) handling EPC and O&M matters, Monica Cune-Ghițescu (Managing Associate) and Paraschiv Sandu (Junior Associate) addressing real estate and urbanism matters and Diana Dulamă (Associate) overseeing project finance and energy matters.
