100 million Euro, the private healthcare services operator Regina Maria was acquired by the investment fund Mid Europa Partners, the
deal being signed at the beginning of August 2015.
The main shareholders were Advent International investment fund that owned eighty percent of the shares and founder, cardiologist Wargha Enayati with twenty percent. Regina Maria had a turnover of 55 mil. Euro in 2014, and this year has budgeted a 20% increase in business at 67 mil. Euro.
