Dentons advised International Investment Bank in connection with the €15 million loan facility for Romcab

Dentons Bucharest office has advised the International
Investment Bank in connection with a new
project in Romania. The project envisaged a €15
million loan granted to the manufacturer of electrical wirings -
Romcab Targu-Mureș.The credit facility
will be used for financing the company’s work activities,
especially the acquisition of raw materials.
The Dentons team was
led by Perry Zizzi,Partner and Coordinator of Bucharest
banking and finance group and Magdalena
Raducanu- Managing Counsel. The team
also included: Oana Ionascu- Senior Associate and Mihaela Mihu- Associate.
The loan granted to
Romcab by the International Investment Bank is already the banks’
second transaction recorded this year. In July 2015, Dentons
Bucharest team has assisted International Investment Bank in
connection with a €10
million loan facility granted to Agricover Credit to be used for
lending to farmers as well as business development.
