Ramada Plaza Hotel in Craiova gets 8.3 million euro financing

Garanti Bank granted a loan of 8.3 million euros to finance Ramada Plaza Hotel in Craiova, the second of its kind in the country. The Ramada Plaza in Craiova consists of three buildings totaling an area of 16,000 square meters and includes 162 accommodation units, a conference room with capacity for 500 people, two meeting rooms, 2 restaurants, and a spa facility. "Ramada Plaza is the only hotel in Craiova, in the Oltenia region affiliated to an international chain. The hotel, located in the center of Craiova, offers tourists an alternative high standard accommodation and excellent facilities for conferences, events and wellness. Its construction lasted more than a year and a half and we are very happy with the result ", said Florin Opris, Administrator Jiu SA, the owner of the complex. The official opening of the hotel took place on November 25, 2015.
