Carmen Neagu, former member of Transelectrica's supervisory board is the new CEO of Energobit

The Romanian National Power Grid "Transelectrica" SA announced that Carmen Neagu, member of the company's Supervisory Board resigned as date of the end of 2015. Ms. Neagu has also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Currently, the Supervisory Board operates with members in office at the date of the pres release signed by Ion-Toni Teau General Director and President of the Directorate.

Carmen Neagu was later appointed as CEO of Cluj based Energobit group of companies, with activities in the energy field.
