The largest residential complex in the north of the capital will continue to expand, along this year. The developer of the complex, turkish owned Opus Development announced that it will further invest about 20 million euros in Cosmopolis, for the build of 500 new housing, infrastructure and a shopping center.
Located in the northeastern part of Bucharest near the ring road, currently the complex comprises 2,100 homes and over 3,700 inhabitants. Investments planned for 2016 will be directed towards further development of the general infrastructure of the project, the most important feature that will be developed this year is a strip mall with a GLA of 3,500 square meters, declared the representatives of the developer.
