River Development, the developer of The Light project, leased to ON Semiconductor an area of 3,200 square meters in the first building - The Light One. The rented space was handed over in July 2020, for a period of 5 years.

The rented space occupies the 3rd (partially) and 4th (fully) floors of our building and was customized with the support of the building designer, which made the personalized integration of the ON Semiconductor tenant easy. The Light One is the first of the class A office buildings of the three planned in The Light - the integrated project with multiple destinations, office & residential and other related facilities. The building has a leasable area of 22,000 sqm (GLA) and a height of 11 floors (2S + GF + 11 floors).

The Light One building - fully functional since the end of last year, offers the most energy efficient solutions and is certified with the BREEAM Excellent rating.
Currently, 90% of the building is rented. In addition to ON Semiconductor, tenants are already installed in the building such as: Regina Maria Medical Clinic, with the largest private pediatric polyclinic in Bucharest, a new Kinetic center, Sweat Concept One wellness center, Comdata's multilingual Customer Management center, CTP company - the market leader in industrial and logistics spaces in Romania and in Central and Eastern Europe.
