George Niculescu is the new president of the National Regulatory Authority in the field of Energy ANRE

The Chamber of Deputies and the Senate voted for the new leadership of the National Regulatory Authority in the field of Energy. The PNL proposal George Niculescu was appointed as president of the institution with 256 votes "for" and 24 votes "against". At the same time, the PSD proposal - Gabriel Andronache was appointed as vice-president with 263 votes "for" and six votes "against".

The current composition of the Regulatory Committee of the Authority is: George Niculescu (chairman, supported by PNL), Mircea Man (vice-chairman, PNL), Gabriel Andronache (vice-chairman, PSD), Sorin Bumb (member, PNL), Cornelia Sulger (member, PSD ), Iulian Iancu (member, PSD) and Valeriu Steriu (member, PSD).
