We have taken important steps in developing a portfolio of power projects from renewable sources, which will gradually enter production in the coming years. We are very pleased to announce this agreement with Saint-Gobain - it is more than a contract for the sale of energy, namely it is a partnership for a low-carbon future for the Romanian industry.” said Franck Neel, Member of the OMV Petrom Executive Board responsible for Gas & Power.

We are honoured to have trustworthy partners like OMV Petrom by our side to continue our journey towards a greener future. At Saint-Gobain, we are prioritizing environmentally friendly energy sources, in parallel with the permanent streamlining of production processes to reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption to make the world a more sustainable place to live in line with our purpose – Making the World A Better Home.” added Ovidiu Păscuţiu, CEO Saint-Gobain Romania.
