Nyerges & Partners Successfully Advised KER Toki in obtaining the electricity supply license

Nyerges & Partners has successfully advised KER Toki Power Romania, a subsidiary of the Vienna-based clean energy and e-mobility investment group Renalfa, in obtaining its electricity supply license from the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE). 

This milestone represents a significant step in KER Toki Power’s ambitious journey to expand its operations and establish itself as a key player in the Romanian energy market.  The legal team provided seamless end-to-end support, from preparing the licensing documentation to representing the client in the regulatory proceedings with ANRE.
