Dentons advised International Investment Bank in connection with the €15 million loan facility for Romcab

Dentons Bucharest office has advised the International Investment Bank in connection with a new project in Romania. The project envisaged a €15 million loan granted to the manufacturer of electrical wirings - Romcab Targu-Mureș.The credit facility will be used for financing the company’s work activities, especially the acquisition of raw materials.

The European Commission has slightly revised its estimates of Romania's economic growth in 2015 to 2.8 per cent, from 2.7 per cent, as estimated in February, according to the Commission's Spring 2015 Economic Forecast. 'Economic growth in Romania is forecast to remain robust in 2015 and 2016, driven by strong private consumption and recovering investment.
